Tom Yum Stir-Fried Noodles

The sauce is full of Tom Yum flavors, so you don’t even need soup !

INGREDIENTS

Pad Thai ingredients
Pad Thai Noodles kit 1 pack
Button mushrooms 4 pces
 Onion 1/2 piece
Bell pepper 1/2 piece
 Prawns (peeled, deveined) 5 to 8 pieces
Coriander (chopped) 10g
Lime 1 piece

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil the noodles

Boil the rice noodles (included in the noodles kit) in hot water for about 5 to 8 minutes (until slightly soft).
Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water to prevent them from cooking further, and then keep aside.

Slice the veggies

Place the mushrooms on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to dice them into quarters.
Then slice the onion and the bell pepper into thin strips. Set aside.

Stir fry prawns and veggies

Heat 2 Tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan on a high heat.
Stir-fry the prawns until almost cooked through then add the mushrooms, onions and bell pepper. Keep stirring until cooked through.

Add noodles and Tom Yum paste

Add the boiled rice noodles and 1 Tbsp of Tom Yam paste.
Mix well.

Garnish

Garnish with sliced coriander leaves.
