| Steak seasoning | 2 tbsp |
| Coconut sugar | 2 tbsp |
| Beef | 200 g |
| Tamarind paste | 15 g |
| Fish sauce | 1 tbsp |
| Lime | 1 piece |
| Minced shallots | 2 tbsp |
| Minced coriander | 2 tbsp |
| Sticky Rice | 250 g |
Marinate the Beef
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, steak seasoning, and coconut sugar until sugar dissolves. Add thinly sliced beef and toss to coat. Marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Make the Sauce
Whisk tamarind paste, fish sauce, and coconut sugar until smooth. Stir in lime juice, steak seasoning, minced shallots, and coriander. Mix well and set aside.
Assemble & Grill
Thread marinated beef onto skewers. Grill over medium-high heat, turning once, until nicely browned and just cooked through.
Serve
Arrange skewers on a plate and serve with the tamarind dipping sauce. Pair with sticky rice.
