| Prawns (peeled, deveined, halved) | 20 pieces |

| Cucumber, julienned | 1 piece |
| Carrot, grated | 1 piece |
Soak Vermicelli
Soak the vermicelli (included in the kit) in boiling water for about 1 minute until soft.
Prepare the Rice Paper
Place the rice paper wraps into warm water until soft and foldable. Blot them on a damp tea towel.
Roll the Rice Paper Wraps
Place lettuce, carrot, cucumber, and halved prawns into the rice paper wraps. Gently mould each wrap into a roll — handle carefully as the rice paper can tear easily.
Plate Your Dish
Place the rice paper rolls on a plate. Best served with the spring roll dipping sauce included in the kit.
