Perfectly grilled chicken satay skewers in the most delicious marinade, paired with THE BEST creamy peanut sauce ever!!! Simple to make, the flavor rewards are spectacular, and there’s something inexplicably fun about eating food on a stick!

Marinate the chicken
Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and then place them in a bowl. Add the Satay marinade. Mix well and keep refrigerated for 30 minutes.
Prepare the skewers
Find the bamboo skewers inside the kit and soak them for 10 minutes in cold water. This will prevent them from burning whilst chicken cooks! Remove the chicken from the fridge and thread the strips of chicken on the skewers.
Cook the chicken skewers
You can cook the skewers in the oven or in a big pan. Baste the skewers from time to time with the leftover marinade.
Plate your dish
Plate your chicken skewers and garnish with a handful of fresh chopped coriander. Serve with deSIAM Satay peanut sauce.
