Thai Cashew Chicken is a weeknight dinner dream, made in 20 minutes, loaded with flavorful sauce. The ultimate Thai comfort food!
|Chicken breast (sliced)||200g|
|Sauce Chilli & Coconut Sugar||100g|
|Cashew nuts (unsalted)||30g|
|Bell pepper (diced)||½ piece|
|Onion (sliced)||½ piece|
Stir-fry the chicken
Heat 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok (or a pan) on a medium-high heat. When the oil is warm add the chicken and stir until nearly cooked.
Stir in the sauce
Pour 1 sachet of Wok Sauce “chilli & coconut sugar” into the wok and coat all the pieces of chicken with the sauce.
Add vegetables & cashew nuts
Add the onion, the bell pepper and the cashew nuts. Stir well to cover all the ingredients in sauce. Keep on a low-medium heat to simmer and stir occasionally until all the ingredients are cooked through.
Plate your dish
Serve your Chicken Cashew Nut dish with rice, pasta or even quinoa!
