| Beef sirloin | 150 g |
| Cherry tomatoes, quartered | 6 pieces |
| Cucumber, julienned | 1 piece |
| Mint, chopped | 1 bunch |
| Dried red chillies | 2 pieces |
| Onion, chopped | 1 piece |
| Fish sauce | 1½ tbsp |
| Coconut sugar | 1½ tbsp |
| Lime juice | 1½ tbsp |
Stir-Fry the Beef
Stir-fry the sirloin steak over medium heat until medium-rare. Set aside.
Prepare the Dressing
Combine fish sauce, lime juice, coconut sugar, and minced red chillies. Stir well until combined.
Put Together the Salad
Slice the beef into thin strips and place in a salad bowl. Add onion, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes. Pour the dressing over and mix well.
Plate Your Dish
Plate the salad and sprinkle fresh mint leaves over the top before serving.
