| Chicken breast | 200 g |

Marinate the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and place in a bowl. Add the satay marinade, mix well, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Prepare the Skewers
Soak the bamboo skewers (included in the kit) in cold water for 10 minutes to prevent burning. Remove chicken from the fridge and thread the strips onto the skewers.
Cook the Chicken Skewers
Cook the skewers in the oven or in a large pan. Baste from time to time with the leftover marinade.
Plate Your Dish
Plate the chicken skewers and garnish with fresh chopped coriander. Serve with deSIAM peanut coconut sauce.
