| Coconut milk | 180 ml |
| Tom Kha paste | 70 g |
| Fish sauce | 1 tbsp |
| Chicken breast | 250 g |
| Stock cube | 1 piece |
| Shallots | 2 pieces |
| Button mushrooms | 120 g |
| Cherry tomatoes | 6 pieces |
| Lime juice | 1 tbsp |
| Fresh coriander | 1 bunch |
Prepare the Stock
Boil 500 ml of water in a large saucepan. Add 1 chicken stock cube and stir until dissolved. Add shallots.
Add Chicken
Add 250 g sliced chicken breast. Bring to the boil.
Add Veggies & Tom Kha Paste
Add quartered mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Stir in the Tom Kha paste.
Add Coconut Milk & Seasoning
Add 180 ml coconut milk and 1 tbsp fish sauce. Simmer until cooked through. Finish with 1 tbsp lime juice and garnish with fresh coriander.

You used to sell a Tom Kha instant soup package. It was very popular in my home. I cannot find it any more. Do you still this spice mix and if so, how can I get it. I did not see it offered on your web page. thanks, Heidi
